A 10% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival at the villa. If bookings are made less then eight weeks in advance then the full amount is due. Payments can be made sterling to the Owner or via the local agent in Luz in Euros.

 

A security deposit of €200 is payable on booking. This will be refunded within 3 weeks of the completion of your holiday.

Heating for the pool is extra at €100 per week payable locally to Luz Servicos, in advance.

Central heating is extra at €8/day payable locally to Luz Servicos, in advance.

 

If you require wood please arrange with Luz Servicos.

 

Normal rental weekly:- Saturday to Saturday. Villa to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure. Later departures are possible, please contact Luz Services to confirm. Other start and finish days are possible please ask.
