The living area is provided with a comfortable three-piece suite. There is wood burning fire for colder nights. Wood can be arranged and will cost around €25 for a week. The house is also equipped with central heating, if this is required. It will cost €100/week. There is satellite television and a DVD player plus radio and CD player. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The dining area has seating for six people.
There is a well fitted kitchen which has a washing machine, dish washer, gas/electric hob and oven and a fridge/ freezer. There is a microwave oven and a coffee maker. An iron and iron board is also available.
The living/dining area opens on to a part covered veranda which has a table and chairs for four. This has wonderful views over the village and the sea.
Outside the kitchen there is a B-B-Q with table and chairs for four. The villa has a nice garden maintained by a local gardener who also cleans the pool weekly.
Downstairs, outside the bedrooms there is the pool and sun bathing area with lawned garden. There is a table and chairs on the veranda
